Returns Policy
All returns must have a Return & Exchange Authorization Number (RMA No.). To qualify for an RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened, returned within 10 days of receipt, and in its original packaging, properly sealed and in good condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. albertsdistribution.myshopify.com is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. is issued, the merchandise must be received at our office within 10 days. albertsdistribution.myshopify.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not follow this protocol.
To initiate a return, please complete the return form to request an RMA Number. A return form must also be attached or placed within the case of the returned items.
For defective products, please complete the return form, indicating the defect, and be prepared to provide a description and photos.
Once your return is received and inspected you will be sent an email to notify that we have received your return item. If your requested refund is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit would be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you are returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to guarantee we will receive your returned items.
If a local customer requests a return or exchange, they can do so on the next scheduled delivery day when receiving their new order of goods, provided they comply with our return policy. This process ensures a seamless return or exchange while minimizing any disruption to your operations.
albertsdistribution.myshopify.com is not responsible for orders placed outside of our website. We will not accept claims or returns without a valid order number.
